Audit the surfaces
Mapped all 47 marketing pages onto a Nebula surface graph. Three Galaxy variants survived. The rest were Aurora-driven recompositions of existing components.
Token the brand
Replaced every bespoke hex with OKLCH tokens. Orion-law contrast pairs took the place of 240 ad-hoc color decisions.
Wire the behaviours
Every CTA became a Pulsar trigger. Marketing learned the visual Trigger→Action→Target panel in two afternoons.
Ship & instrument
First page out in week three. Vega tracked CLS and ticket-volume daily. By week 11 the design-eng backlog was empty for the first time in two years.
