ATLAS · the eight-week story

How a 14-week design cycle became 9 days.

Five steps. Each one closed a gap that used to demand a Slack thread, a Figma review, and an engineering ticket.

01

Audit

We started by walking every marketing page and tagging the design decisions that were really code decisions in disguise. There were 312 of them.

02

Token migration

The team's color, type, and spacing scales moved out of CSS files and into LSD's substrate. Two days. Zero visual regression on the staging environment.

03

Rebuild

47 surfaces composed in the editor, every one of them tokenized and container-aware. Marketing did 31 of them.

04

Behaviours

The 18 motion patterns that used to live in custom GSAP files moved to the Behaviours panel. Animations now described, not coded.

05

Handoff

One week of training. Marketing now ships without filing a single engineering ticket. That's the part that stuck.

9 days
Median ship time from brief to live, sustained across Q1.
